Melissa Caruso

Melissa Caruso is an experienced property management professional with a substantial tenure at Greystar since October 2014, currently serving as a Senior Regional Manager. In this role, Melissa Caruso supports and executes company strategies related to property management operations and development, focusing on implementing procedures to meet financial goals and operational performance objectives. Prior to Greystar, Melissa Caruso held various roles at Riverstone Residential Group from July 1997 to September 2014, including Regional Property Manager, District Specialist, and Senior Property Manager. Additionally, Melissa Caruso worked as a Property Manager at Summit Properties from 1993 to 1996. Melissa Caruso obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a minor in Marketing from East Carolina University and is a graduate of East Mecklenburg High School in Charlotte, NC.
