Megha Gupta

Megha Gupta's work experience includes holding the role of Senior Director at GRG since January 2024. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Recruitment and Associate Director of Recruitment at GRG. Before joining GRG, Megha held positions at Mackenzie Jones Middle East as Head of Consumer Recruitment - MEA and Principal Consultant. Megha also worked at Mindfield Resources as the Practice Head for Middle East & Africa and as a Senior Consultant in FMCG, Retail, Conglomerates, and Automotive industries. Megha's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Align HR Consultancy and as the Co-Founder & Managing Partner at Rubiks Cube Consultants. Megha began their career as a Corporate Relationship Manager at HDFC Bank, where they handled a portfolio of INR 4+ billion and was involved in credit appraisal and client acquisition.

Megha Gupta has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance & Marketing from Infinity Business School, which they obtained from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Business/Commerce, General from Shri Ram College of Commerce from 2000 to 2003. Megha's high school education was obtained from DAVPS, where they studied Business/Commerce, General from 1987 to 2000.
