Program Coordinator, Clean Mobility Outreach at GRID Alternatives

Adolfo Lemus is an experienced outreach and program coordinator with a strong background in leadership development and climate research. Currently serving as the Outreach Coordinator at GRID Alternatives since July 2024, Adolfo previously held the position of Program Coordinator at the Youth Leadership Institute, where responsibilities included developing and implementing youth leadership programs. Prior to this, Adolfo worked as a Climate Research Associate at Beneficial State Foundation, focusing on grant eligibility, data analysis, and educational initiatives regarding clean vehicle technology. Earlier roles include Office Assistant II at The County of Fresno, engaging in client interviews and supporting LGBTQ initiatives, as well as an Independent Researcher for the National Science Foundation, conducting studies on health, education, and housing disparities. Adolfo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from California State University, Fresno, and an Associate of Arts in Sociology from Fresno City College.
