The Operations and Management team at GRID Alternatives oversees the logistical, strategic, and operational aspects necessary to ensure the organization meets its mission of providing renewable energy access and job training to underserved communities. This includes managing clean mobility projects, tribal programs, national job training initiatives, procurement and logistics, strategic partnerships, community engagement, and workforce development, both domestically and internationally. Team members collaborate to optimize operational efficiency, support program development, and secure funding to sustain and expand the organization's impact.
