Daniil Pryshchepa

Daniil Pryshchepa serves as the Vice President of Customer Success at Grid Dynamics since May 2025. Prior to this role, Daniil held several positions at EPAM Systems from October 2003 to March 2025, including Senior Director for the San Francisco Bay Area Business, where oversight of a $50M+ portfolio was maintained while leading distributed delivery teams globally. Daniil scaled the business from $5M through strategic account expansion and enhanced client engagement. Earlier experience includes roles as Director of Account Management, Senior Account Manager in Software Engineering, Software Engineer, and Researcher/Software Engineer. Daniil Pryshchepa earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Belarusian State University and a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics.
