Dina Solomatina is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with over a decade of experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Grid Dynamics since January 2011, Dina has also held positions as a Senior IT Recruiter, HR Business Partner, and HR/Recruitment Specialist within the same company. Prior to Grid Dynamics, Dina worked as a Recruitment Specialist at Mirantis from May 2008 to January 2011. Dina holds a Specialist degree in Philology from Saratov State University named after N.G. Chernyshevsky, earned between 2002 and 2007.
