Shiv Basina has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and consulting. Shiv most recently worked as a Senior Lead Software Engineer at Grid Dynamics starting in 2022. Prior to that, they held positions as a DevOps Engineer/Technical Lead at BMI Group and as a Senior Hybris Consultant at Clarks, MedicAnimal, EnvoyDigital, Portaltech Reply, and Sceneric. Shiv also served as a Technical Team Lead at Eclipse Group Solutions Ltd. and Sceneric.

Shiv Basina obtained a Bachelor's degree in computer sciences from B Tech, where they studied Computer Science from 2001 to 2005. Shiv also has additional certifications in Hybris Core from SAP Hybris, and Sun Certified Java Professional and Sun Certified Web Component Developer from Sun Microsystems.
