Guy Kosmin

Guy Kosmin started their work experience in 2008 as a Project Engineer at Barton Malow Company. Guy then worked as a Project Manager at Turtle Associates LLC from 2011 to 2013. From 2013 to 2017, they held the position of Senior Project Manager at Sodexo. Guy then joined Cortex Building Intelligence in 2017 as the Director of Operational Strategies, a role they held until 2022. Currently, they are working at GridPoint as the Director of Platform Delivery, starting in 2022.

Guy Kosmin obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree from Royal Holloway, University of London from 1996 to 2000. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including Certified Energy Manager from the Association of Energy Engineers in 2015, LEED AP Operations and Maintenance from the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI) in 2013, Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in 2011, and LEED Accredited Professional from the GBCI in 2009.
