Kristen Rhodes

Kristen Rhodes has over 25 years of work experience. Kristen currently holds the position of Vice President of Customer Experience at GridPoint, starting in November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at CBRE from 2020 to 2022, where they served as the Vice President of Product Management. In this role, they led the product suite and developed business cases, strategies, and roadmaps. Kristen also worked at CBRE | FacilitySource as the Managing Director of Facility Management SaaS Products in 2019. Before joining CBRE, they held several positions at ServiceChannel from 2004 to 2019, including Vice President of Strategic Solutions, Vice President of Account Management, Vice President of Client Services, and Vice President of West Coast Client Services. In these roles, Kristen focused on revenue growth, account management, and client services. Prior to that, they worked at ChannelPoint and EBS, Inc in various roles.

Kristen Rhodes earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Ithaca College, where they studied from 1987 to 1991.
