Courtney Connolly

Courtney Connolly serves as the Head of People at GRIDSIGHT since June 2024, contributing to a startup focused on advancing global electrification and decarbonization through AI-powered software for electrical utilities. Prior to this, Courtney held multiple leadership roles at Appian Corporation from August 2013 to November 2023, including Director of Global Talent Strategy, where strategic management of teams across various HR functions was pivotal. Courtney's accomplishments encompass the development and execution of regional People & Culture strategies, successfully expanding operations in Japan and India, and receiving the Appian Impact Award. Earlier career experiences include key positions in university talent acquisition at Accenture and teaching roles, complemented by academic qualifications from the University of Maryland and Penn State University in English Language and Literature.
