Macnoel A. has held various positions in the past decade. In 2010, they worked as a Bartender/Doorman at Lou's Pier 47. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at Cloud Nine Cleaning SF as an Office Admin/IT Admin, where they implemented bookkeeping, invoicing, and geo-mapping software systems, as well as built up network resources and provided internal technology support. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Ronen Solutions, LLC as President, where they created consulting and support service contracts and maintained customer loyalty, built office network designs for internationally operating companies, and collaborated with existing partner vendors to develop and deploy equipment to 100+ offices in the Western United States. Most recently, Macnoel A. has been the Director of Information Technology at Griffin Technology Academies since 2019, where they have led a small team of 2 to manage, design, implement, and deploy technology infrastructure and systems to 4 public charter schools enrolling 1200+ students and 100+ staff, maintained, planned, budgeted, and managed IT projects, and built internal and external IT processes and procedures including deployment of a new helpdesk system, system migrations and integrations, and onboarding of new systems.

In 2009, Macnoel A. earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Information Technology-Computer Network Systems from ITT Technical Institute-Concord. In 2021, Macnoel A. obtained three certifications from Clever Inc.: Certified Clever Admin, Certified Clever Tech Coach, and Clever Trainer.
