Alisson Pinfold

Alisson Pinfold has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership and strategic management of teams. They began their career as a Human Resources Manager at Adecco in 1996 and then progressed to various roles at Janssen Inc., including Manager, Human Resources, Director Human Resources, and National Director, BioAdvance. At Janssen Inc., they championed a culture of innovation and entrepreneurial spirit and led complex integrations and workforce reductions as an HR business partner. In 2018, Alisson joined Kew Media Group as Director Human Resources, where they developed and implemented best practice systems and policies. Currently, they serve as the Senior Director, Human Resources at Griffith Foods, leading the Canadian HR department and providing guidance to a team of professionals.

Alisson Pinfold has an Honors Bachelor of Arts degree in French Language and Literature from Huron University. Alisson also holds a Post-graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Humber College. Additionally, Alisson is a Certified Human Resources Leader, certified by HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association.
