Carlo Magnani is an experienced professional in the food science industry, currently serving as Sr. Manager of R&D at Griffith Foods since January 2014, while previously holding roles such as Principal Scientist and Senior Food Scientist. Prior to this, Carlo worked at Griffith Laboratories as a Food Technologist in R&D from February 2010 to December 2013. Earlier experience includes R&D Manager at Antaar&s from April 2007 to January 2010, R&D Employee and Quality Control at Valsoia S.p.a. from October 2004 to April 2007, and Quality Control at Danone from March 2004 to October 2004. Carlo holds a Laureato in Scienze e Tecnologie Alimentari from Università degli Studi di Milano, a Corso di specializzazione in esperti della gestione industriale delle aziende alimentari from MIP Politecnico di Milano, and a degree in Culinology from Holland College.
