Mike Slyce

Mike Slyce has a diverse background in sales and business development, with experience in the food industry. Mike most recently served as the Director of Business Development - North America at Griffith Foods since October 2022. Prior to that, they were the Director of Sales and Business Development at Griffith Foods from January 2020 to October 2022. Before joining Griffith Foods, Mike worked at Galaxy Nutritional Foods, Inc. as a Sales Consultant and later as the Director of Supply Chain from 2008 to 2013. Mike also had a role as the Director of Sales, Human Nutrition at Milk Specialties Company in 2011-2012. In addition, Mike served as the SUPERVALU Team Leader at John Morrell & Co. from 2007 to 2009 and as the Sales Operations Manager at Land O'Lakes from 2002 to 2007. Mike started their career in the food industry at Kraft Foods Group, where they held various positions and eventually became the Manager of Broker Sales.

Mike Slyce attended the University of Minnesota Duluth from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication. Mike later pursued a Mini Masters in Project Management at the University of St. Thomas in 2013. In 2018, they completed a Mini Masters - MBA program at the University of St. Thomas as well.
