Seth L. Kaplan

Seth Kaplan currently serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at Griffon Corporation since May 2010. Prior to this role, Seth Kaplan held the position of Assistant General Counsel at Hexcel Corporation from July 2000 to May 2010 and was an Associate at Winthrop Stimson Putnam & Roberts, which has since merged into Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, from August 1994 to July 2000. Seth Kaplan earned a J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law from 1991 to 1994 and a B.S. in Quantitative Economics and Mathematics from Tufts University from 1987 to 1991.
