Michael Woods

Michael Woods has extensive work experience in the field of information security. Michael is currently serving as the Vice President of Information Security at GRIID since April 2022. Prior to this, Michael held various positions at FactSet, including Vice President, Business Unit Security Officer from November 2021 to April 2022, Vice President, Director, Cybersecurity Integrity & Advisory from January 2019 to November 2021, Vice President, Principal Security Engineer, Manager of Security Assurance from April 2017 to January 2019, Vice President, Principal Security Engineer from September 2014 to April 2017, Lead Security Engineer from March 2010 to September 2014, and Security Engineer from August 2005 to March 2010. Before joining FactSet, they worked at IBM as a NetScreen Support Engineer from August 2003 to July 2005. Prior to that, they served as a Systems Engineer at Verizon from November 2002 to August 2003 and as an Internetwork Solutions Engineer at ThruPoint from May 2000 to November 2001.

Michael Woods attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 1995 to 2000, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
