Ruben Sous Chef is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in various kitchen roles. Currently serving as Executive Sous Chef at Grill Concepts, Inc. since September 2016, Ruben has previously held the position of Executive Chef at LARSEN'S STEAKHOUSE INC for a brief period in 2015. Ruben's experience includes working as a Sous Chef at FIG & OLIVE and Mastro's Ocean Club, as well as fulfilling the role of Kitchen Manager at Hinoki & the Bird.
