Jeremy Ladle

As Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Jeremy Ladle manages and coordinates legal services, risk management and compliance across all departments at Grimmway and he directly oversees Legal, Human Resources, Food Safety, Government and Public Affairs, as well as Safety and Corporate Affairs.

Ladle plays an integral role in advising on organizational governance in support of the company’s long-term goals and objectives.

Ladle has extensive experience as a strategic business and legal advisor for companies in the food and agricultural industries. He previously served as General Counsel and as a member of the senior management team at Potandon Produce. Earlier in his career, he practiced law for a private law firm.

Ladle holds a law degree from the University of Idaho, a master’s in agriculture economics from Purdue University and a master’s of business administration from Indiana University.
