Michael Jones

Michael Jones has a diverse work experience in software engineering and analytics. Michael is currently working at GRIN as a Principal Software Engineer/Lead, where they lead a team of software engineers and introduces Agile software development practices. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer/Lead at GRIN, where they helped build the first team of software engineers and delivered large features. Before their role at GRIN, they worked at Riskalyze as a Software Engineer, where they worked on backend services and contributed to the migration strategy from monolith to microservices. Michael also has experience as a Sales and Finance Analyst at ALLDATA, where they performed statistical analysis, built reports, and administered software for Microsoft Dynamics CRM. In their early career, they worked as an Associate Software Engineer at iSnap, where they migrated software to a web stack and maintained PHP websites, and also gained experience as a Software Developer Intern.

Michael Jones attended Jesuit High School of Sacramento from 2006 to 2010. Michael then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics at California State University-Sacramento from 2010 to 2015.
