Kira Blumer

Kira Blumer has extensive experience in people and culture management, having held roles such as Head of People & Culture at Grind and Head of People at a startup in the food and real estate industry. Prior to these positions, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at Tzedek. Kira also has a background in nonprofit organizations, having worked for BBYO in various capacities, including Executive Director & HR Lead and Training and Growth Specialist. Additionally, they have held roles at Federation CJA and Calgary Jewish Federation, focusing on community engagement and Hillel programs.

Kira Blumer completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History at the University of Calgary in 2012. In 2009, they also participated in a Study Abroad Program at the University of Haifa. Currently, they are pursuing a CIPD Level 7 degree at ICS Learn, with an expected completion date in 2024.
