Kabir Sood

Kabir Sood is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in treasury operations and risk management at Grindrod Bank since September 2008, currently serving as Treasury Operations Project Manager. In this role, Kabir oversees the implementation of business requirements for Treasury Department systems, manages Banking System enhancements, and prioritizes feature developments. Previously serving as a Risk Analyst, Kabir ensured effective risk management and business continuity planning across the organization. Earlier in their career, Kabir was a Treasury Dealer responsible for managing the bank's cash position and liquidity. Kabir’s educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and additional qualifications in Business Analysis and financial markets.
