Rusty Pregeant

Rusty Pregeant is a dedicated professional with a strong background in ministry and project management. Currently serving as a Staff Associate at Young Life since September 2023, Rusty previously worked at Gringo's Mexican Kitchen from October 2020 to September 2023, holding the titles of Project Manager and Project Specialist. Prior experience includes a significant role as Student Pastor at Parkway Fellowship from May 2015 to October 2020, where Rusty successfully cultivated a student ministry culture that increased Sunday morning attendance by over 50%. Rusty also held the position of Interim Student Pastor at Parkway Fellowship, growing the ministry's average attendance and engaging students. Earlier experience as a College Ministry Intern at First Baptist Church of Belton involved assisting in campus outreach and planning ministry events. Rusty holds a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Studies from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, earned in 2015.
