Jason Pontello

JP joined the GRIT Technologies team in October of 2020. He started his career in IT doing Year 2000 conversions in COBOL and RPG. Once the Year 2000 programming conversions were over, he spent some time in the banking industry but ultimately ended up providing IT support for the largest not-for-profit college in Michigan for 13 years. When he’s not working, you’ll most likely find him hanging out at his cottage up north or doing some kind of car event. He’s an avid car guy and firmly believes in Smiles Per Gallon as opposed to Miles Per Gallon.
