Adity S. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in venture management and product innovation. Currently serving as Principal of Honda Xcelerator Ventures and Venture Manager at Honda Innovations since November 2017, Adity also holds board observer roles at Princeton NuEnergy and Seurat Technologies, alongside a position as Venture Partner at Grit Ventures since December 2022. Prior experience includes leading business and product management at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, innovation consulting at JumpStart Inc., and investment analysis at North Coast Angel Fund. Adity began a career as an inventor and biomedical device engineer at FlowLex. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering and a Masters in Engineering and Management from Case Western Reserve University, along with executive education in Leading Innovation from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
