Melissa Frechette

Melissa Frechette has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Melissa currently serves as the Director of People and Corporate Services at Gritstone bio since December 2018. Prior to this, they worked at Blueprint Medicines as a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition in 2018. From 2014 to 2018, Melissa was a Human Resources Business Partner at Bio-Rad Laboratories, where they focused on talent acquisition, talent management, and continuous improvement. During the same period, they also assumed the role of Human Resources Site Lead at GnuBIO, Inc, which was later acquired by Bio-Rad Laboratories. Before entering the biotech industry, Melissa worked at Corsair Solutions as a Senior Account Manager, where they recruited engineering professionals and maintained client relationships. Melissa began their career in 2005 at Advantage Resourcing - Technical Staffing as an Account Representative. Melissa's work experience also includes roles as a Server at 43 Degrees North, an Expense Analyst at KBW, and a Swimmer at Seacoast Swimming Association.

Melissa Frechette attended the University of New Hampshire from 1997 to 2002. Melissa studied English and Psychology, but did not receive a degree.
