Spiros Kapetanakis serves as the Head of Openness and Co-creation Unit at the Digital Government Department of GRNET since October 2019 and has been the CEO and co-founder of CoLab Athens, the first co-working space in Athens, since November 2010. As a co-founder of the Feelzer mobile app, Spiros developed a unique solution for personalized mood-based experience recommendations. Previously, Spiros held roles such as Entrepreneurship Evangelist at be finnovative, where responsibilities included facilitating startup teams in Greece's first fintech acceleration program, and Senior Business Advisor at Crowdpolicy, focusing on co-creation and strategic consulting. Spiros has also worked as a business modeling expert for Compellio, contributed as an Advisory Board Member for the Hellenic Start-up Association, and served in various business development and entrepreneurial positions, including co-ownership of OFB, specializing in web development and support.
