Sylwia Padiasek

Sylwia Padiasek has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Sylwia is currently working as a Senior Research Analyst at Gro Intelligence. Prior to this, they completed a Full-Time Data Analyst Track with Microsoft at Springboard in 2020. From 2018 to 2020, Sylwia worked as a Coffee Procurement and QC at Brooklyn Roasting Company. Sylwia also worked as a Consulting Project Coordinator at Karen Karp & Partners (KK&P) from 2017 to 2018. Before that, they were a Marketing Associate at Lactalis Group from 2015 to 2016. Additionally, they gained experience as an Innovation Department Intern at RWA Raiffeisen Ware Austria AG in 2015. Sylwia started their career as a Quality Control Laboratory Technician at Southern Salads Ltd in 2010.

Sylwia Padiasek has a diverse education history. Sylwia obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Food Economics from the University of Helsinki. Sylwia also holds a Master of Science degree in Sustainability in Agriculture, Food Production, and Food Technology from the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna (BOKU). Additionally, they earned another Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Food Technology and Human Nutrition from Szkoła Główna Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie.

Sylwia acquired the Arabica Q Grader certification from the Coffee Quality Institute in 2022. In 2020, they completed certifications such as "Analyzing Business Data in SQL" from DataCamp, "Data Analytics Career Track" from Springboard, "Exploratory Data Analysis in SQL" from DataCamp, "Intermediate Python" from DataCamp, and "Programming for Everybody (Python)" from the University of Michigan. Prior to that, in 2019, they obtained the "Sensory Skills Intermediate" certification from the Specialty Coffee Association. Additionally, they hold a Visual Design Certificate from General Assembly obtained in November 2017. Lastly, they achieved the TOEFL certification from ETS in January 2012.
