Andrea

Andrea is currently the Head of Customer Service at Gro. Andrea has over ten years of experience in team management and project coordination. Prior to joining Gro, Andrea was a Senior Project Leader at L'Oréal, where they managed a team of chemists developing hair manageability products. Andrea has a strong background in both the technical aspects of product development as well as in project management best practices. Andrea is also experienced in developing and implementing training programs for new employees. Andrea's previous experience also includes lab management at Carnegie Mellon University, where they oversaw $1.3 million in renovations to the 5100 sq. ft. labs.

Andrea has a Ph.D in Chemistry from Carnegie Mellon University, an M.S. in Chemistry from Wright State University, and a B.S. in Chemistry from Wright State University.
