Romuald Wojtkowiak

Romuald Wojtkowiak possesses extensive experience in the lighting and electro-technical products sectors, currently serving as Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Grodno S.A. since September 2016, and as Lighting Expert and Director of the Lighting Sector at ElektroEko Organizacja Odzysku Sprzętu Elektrycznego i Elektronicznego SA since September 2017. Additionally, Romuald has been providing management consulting services since April 2014, assisting companies in achieving growth and market leadership. Previously, leadership roles included President of the Board and Managing Director at ES-SYSTEM S.A., and various positions at Philips Lighting, where responsibilities spanned regional management and strategic growth across multiple countries.
