Emma Hastings

Emma Hastings has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Emma currently holds the position of Director of People Operations at Groma, a real estate investment firm based in the Greater Boston Area. Prior to this, they were the Director of Workplace Experience at Groma and Senior Manager of Workplace Experience at Grubhub. Emma also has experience as the Coordinator of Workplace Experience at LevelUp, Coordinator and Assistant of Alumni Engagement at Harvard Medical School, and as a Public Health Intern at The Green Heart Project. Emma has also worked in catering at Swank Swoirees, interned at Marina Bay Skilled Nursing Facility and NeuroRestorative, and served as a hostess at The Chilmark Tavern. Emma gained additional experience as an intern for the Regional Nutrition Manager at Sodexo. Their work experience reflects a strong background in people operations and workplace experience, with a focus on real estate and hospitality industries.

Emma Hastings attended Newton South High School from 2006 to 2010, where they completed their high school education. Emma then enrolled at the College of Charleston from 2010 to 2014, obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Public Health. Additionally, in 2012, Emma attended Universitat Pompeu Fabra for a short period to study Spanish Language and Literature, but did not receive a degree.
