Tjaard Kuijper

Tjaard Kuijper is an experienced civil engineer with a strong background in project management and infrastructure development. Currently serving as Senior Project Leader for Port Technology at Groningen Seaports NV since January 2008, Tjaard is responsible for building infrastructure in the Port of Eemshaven and Energypark. Previous positions include Cluster Head of Projects at Waterschap Hunze en Aa's, where Tjaard managed a project office focused on water treatment and water safety, and Sector Head of Technical Facilities at Waterschap Dollardzijlvest, overseeing the development and maintenance of waterworks infrastructure. Tjaard's career also encompasses roles at Waterbedrijf Groningen, Waterschap Westfriesland, and Boskalis. Tjaard holds a degree in Civil Engineering from NHL Hogeschool and has pursued further education through Stichting Dijkveiligheid 2.0 and PAO.
