Jeff Heinemeyer

Jeff Heinemeyer serves as the Compliance and Safety Director at Groome Transportation, overseeing extensive transportation, safety, and compliance programs across multiple locations and a large workforce. Previously, Jeff held the position of Corporate Transportation Compliance Manager at Kiewit, managing a significant corporate transportation program in the U.S. and Canada. Jeff's earlier experience includes a lengthy tenure as a Police Officer focused on commercial vehicle enforcement with the City of Carrollton, alongside leadership roles in the Texas Municipal Police Association. Jeff holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology from Stephen F. Austin State University and is a certified North American Standard Inspector.
