Nkeonye Louisa CHUKWUEMEKA is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and project management, currently serving as the Head of Digital Operations at Grooming People for Better Livelihood Centre since August 2016. In this role, Nkeonye leads governance and compliance initiatives and oversees the automation of digital projects, demonstrating a strong capability in implementing IT solutions and ensuring adherence to global PMO standards. Previously, Nkeonye held various leadership roles at Neptune Software Limited, managing professional services, quality assurance, and software engineering, with a notable focus on project execution and delivery. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics/Economics from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Professional certifications include PMP®, PMI-AHPP®, and ITIL.
