Reid Schermer

Reid serves as Head of Special Servicing for GROUNDFLOOR where his focus is to ensure exceptional service and solutions for borrowers and investors alike. He and his team are responsible to ensure all customers receive the support and guidance they need, to complete and close their projects when things don’t go as planned.

Before joining the team at GROUNDFLOOR, Reid was involved in operations and project management for the residential real estate and mortgage servicing industry. Having held senior roles at FirstService Residential, Altisource Solutions, and Pulte Homes he brings knowledge and experience to help our customers achieve their goals.

Reid is an avid reader, enjoys fly fishing, adventuring in the great outdoors, and volunteering as a foster family to dogs in need.
