Grace Bradford

Grace Bradford is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Groundworks Industries since August 2021, Grace previously held positions at Crimson Renewable Energy, LLC and SeQuential, where responsibilities included talent acquisition, employee training, and HR generalist functions. With a foundational background in wellness management at New Seasons Market, Grace developed skills in employee engagement and operational efficiency. Education includes a BFA in Sociology and a minor in Chinese language and Literature from the University of Oregon, along with a certificate in Human Resource Management from Portland State University.
