Elvir Hasedzic

Director Of User Research (ux/hmi) at Group Lotus

Elvir Hasedzic has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Elvir started their career in 1995 as a Coordinator at the United Nations. Later, they worked as a Project Manager at Johnson Diversey in 2003. In 2007, Hasedzic joined Equipe Simulation as a Display Technology Systems and Application Engineer, where they led a team and managed projects for clients worldwide. In 2009, they ventured into freelance work as a PHP Developer, creating functional websites for international clients. Hasedzic then joined Jaguar Land Rover in 2010, where they held various roles, including HMI Research Engineer and Research Lead Engineer & Team Lead, managing multiple research projects and leading teams. Elvir continued their career at Group Lotus in 2019, starting as an HMI/UX Development Senior Expert and progressing to User Experience (UX) & Services Project Delivery Manager. Currently, they serve as the Director of User Research (UX/HMI) at Group Lotus, responsible for delivering cutting-edge UXUI projects and managing UX innovation concepts.

Elvir Hasedzic completed a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering from the University of Nottingham from 2000 to 2005. Elvir then pursued a Master of Science degree in Display Technology, Systems and Applications at the University of Dundee from 2005 to 2006.
