With a Master of Business Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering degree, Roman has experience in optimizing material flow, increasing automation, introducing project management standards, and improving production processes. Roman has successfully led projects resulting in increased sales, reduced process lead time, and the development of new lessons learned processes.
