Peggy L. Ward

Peggy L. Ward, M.A. has a diverse work experience in learning and development roles. Peggy L. served as the Director of Learning & Development at Group 1001 starting in 2023. Prior to that, they held various leadership positions at Delaware Life Insurance Company, including Director and Associate Director of Learning & Development. Peggy also worked at CEDIA as the Director of Curriculum & Instruction and Industry Relations Manager. Additionally, they were an Adjunct Instructor at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis and an Instructor at ELE Business English Center Language School.

Peggy L. Ward, M.A. completed their Bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies at the University of Indianapolis in 2004. In 2006, they pursued a Master's degree in Applied Communication at Indiana University Indianapolis. Peggy also obtained additional certifications including a Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults (CELTA) from Cambridge University in 2005 and a Leadership Development certificate from Indiana University in 2011.
