Vicki Shackelford

Vicki Shackelford has over 20 years of experience in various roles in the field of compensation, benefits, and HRIS. Vicki is currently serving as the Vice President Total Rewards at Group 1 Automotive since April 2023. Before that, they held the position of Vice President, Compensation and Benefits at Wood from January 2018 to April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Director, Global Compensation, Benefits & HRIS at Bristow Group Inc, a leading provider of helicopter transportation services, from January 2008 to the present. Vicki also worked as the Director, Compensation, Benefits & HRIS at Memorial Hermann Healthcare System from April 2000 to January 2008. In addition to these positions, they have also served as a Senior Compensation Analyst at Entergy Power Group and Manager, District Human Resources at Randall's Food Markets Inc, demonstrating their expertise and versatility in the field.

Vicki Shackelford has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management from Sam Houston State University.
