Loukas Christou

Loukas Christou is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Directeur Culinaire at Groupe Bertrand since November 2024, Loukas previously held multiple positions at Au Bureau from June 2015 to October 2024, culminating in the role of Directeur culinaire(succursales). Prior experience includes positions as Chef De Cuisine and Second de cuisine at various establishments, beginning with Le Pavé des Minimes in March 2011 and Karamouza from May 2005 to June 2007. Loukas also has a background in sales with Bacardi and service in the military with NATO in Kosovo. Education includes training in IRM- SCANNER from 1999 to 2001.
