Sebastien Caillet

Sebastien Caillet currently serves as the Group Head of Compensation & Benefits at Groupe BPCE since January 2018. Prior to this role, Sebastien worked as the Global Head of Compensation, Benefits and International Mobility at Natixis from January 2015 to December 2017, and held the position of Group Head of Compensation & Benefits at Atos from December 2009 to December 2014, where involvement included being a nominated trustee for Atos Origin UK pension funds and overseeing a global well-being program focused on Recognition and Reward. Earlier experience includes serving as the Global Head of Compensation & Benefits at CALYON from January 2006 to December 2009 and as a Reward & Organisation Consultant at Hay Group from 1998 to 2005. Sebastien's educational background includes studies at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL from October 1996 to September 1997 and emlyon business school from 1992 to 1995, along with additional education at IGS.
