Florine Deukoua Theumoube Zafack is an experienced finance professional with a comprehensive background in corporate finance and financial advisory services. Currently serving as the Head of Group Financial Structure at Groupe Casino since January 2021, Florine has previously held a position as Senior Manager/Associate Director in M&A Transaction Services at Deloitte, where involvement included over 60 financial due diligence engagements across various sectors. With expertise in mergers and acquisitions, financial analysis, and business valuation, Florine also has experience in corporate coverage and origination at the Royal Bank of Scotland and auditing at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
