Anna Heinry

Anna Heinry has over 25 years of experience in various HR roles. Their most recent position is as the Group Human Resources Director at GROUPE POCHET. In this role, they oversee 3,500 employees across 14 sites worldwide. Prior to this, they worked as the Country HR Lead for GE Renewable Energy, the Head of Human Resources for Johnson & Johnson, and the Human Resources Director for The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson. Anna then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources from Université Paris Nanterre from 1991 to 1993. In 1993, they attended Université de Bourgogne, earning an MBA in Human Resources in 1994.
