Samuel Sofyane Maoudji is an experienced professional in the field of urban development and architecture. Currently serving as the Group Development Director for Groupe Polylogis since August 2023, Samuel oversees development initiatives and manages the LogiRep growth. Previous roles include Deputy General Director and Director of Planning and Assets at SEMISO, as well as positions at TAGERIM PROMOTION, Nexity, and Action Logement, where Samuel contributed to strategic planning and operational management. Earlier career stages involved roles such as Development Manager at SOGEMAC Habitat, Project Manager at Vilogia, and Project Architect at Millet-chabeur architectes & AML architecture. Samuel holds advanced degrees in Strategic Business Unit Management from HEC Paris and Architecture from L’Ecole nationale supérieure d’architecture Paris-Malaquais.
