Catherine Komol

Catherine Komol has extensive experience in human resources and payroll management, currently serving as Chargée Rh & Paie at Scutum France since September 2020. In this role, Catherine is responsible for payroll processing, time management, and managing employee benefits. Prior to this, Catherine worked at OUIGO as Assistante formation, focusing on training administration and candidate sourcing, and held various positions at Lafarge France and LafargeHolcim, where tasks included customer service management and data handling within CRM systems. Catherine holds a Master in Human Resources from SKALE Collaborative Business School and has completed other relevant educational qualifications in human resources and management.
