Wilene Duchard

Wilene Duchard serves as the Director of Operations - ATM at Groupe Sogebank since July 2019, overseeing the management of the Cashpoints ATM fleet nationwide and coordinating multiple shifts of staff. Prior experience includes a tenure at Digicel Group from August 2007 to January 2018, where Wilene held positions such as Head of Network Performance, Network Performance Engineer, Core Planning & Design Engineer, and Core Switch Engineer. In these roles, responsibilities encompassed network performance monitoring, analysis, reporting of KPIs, and coordination of technical activities. Wilene holds a License in Computer Sciences from Ecole Superieure d'Infotronique d'Haiti and a project management certificate from Centrale Lille.
