Alpha Barry

Alpha Barry serves as the Director of Human Resources at Groupe SONOCO since September 2019 and has been a Human Resources Management Consultant since November 2013. Previously, Alpha Barry held various roles at MTN Guinée from January 2006 to November 2013, including Corporate Social Investment Head of Department and Senior Manager of Human Resources, where responsibilities encompassed developing strategies, advising on personnel policies, and overseeing social investment initiatives. Alpha Barry holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Groupe ISM, a degree in English as a Second Language from NorQuest College, and a Master's in Public Law from Université de Conakry, along with leadership training from MTN Academy Ghana.
