Nathalie Daniel

Nathalie Daniel, CRHA, RCC™, currently serves as Vice-présidente des ressources humaines at Groupe St-Hubert since August 2013, overseeing all human resources activities including compensation, talent management, training, and labor relations for the restaurant and retail division across three factories. With a strategic partnership role, Nathalie integrates human capital into business decisions effectively. Previous positions at Groupe St-Hubert include Directrice principale des Ressources Humaines and Directrice des ressources humaines et CSC for the restaurant division. Prior to Groupe St-Hubert, Nathalie worked at Sodexo Canada from 1988 to 2013, holding roles such as Directrice des opérations for the Healthcare and Enterprise division, where responsibilities included financial management and team engagement across 27 sites. Nathalie Daniel holds a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition from Université de Montréal and various certifications in business coaching and human resources management.
