Akshay Shah is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in audit, taxation, finance, and accounts. Currently serving as the Commercial Director at GroupM since July 2013, Akshay Shah leads a team responsible for preparing monthly financial results, budgets, and quarterly forecasts, alongside conducting detailed account analysis and corporate reporting. Previously, Akshay Shah worked at B.V. Dalal & Co. from September 2007 to August 2011, where responsibilities included planning and executing audit assignments and analyzing financial statements. Akshay Shah is a Chartered Accountant, having completed a degree in Accounting and Finance with a focus on Auditing and Taxation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
