Marie-Claire was responsible for leading the global talent efforts for Wavemaker and was committed to growth for their people, their clients and their industry.

Marie-Claire Barker has a degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Kingston University. Marie-Claire is a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development certified professional, with additional certification in Hogan, Mental Health First Aid at Work, BPSI Level 2, ECI accredited user, and Lominger Leadership Architect Tools. Marie-Claire is also an Myers Briggs Type Indicator certified professional.
